Good day,I bought a Toaster(platinum Brand)on the 8th of August 2025,my Toaster stopped working on the 19th of September,on the 20th of September I went to checkers(Zeerust Branch,Autumn leave mall) I've explained that my Toaster was Broken by my Daughter on the day that I purchased it(2025/8/8),and I never went to report the incident because my Toaster was still heating and operating. Yesterday I was told that I cant be assisted because I could have went to the branch and report that my Toaster is broken .I had an argument with Checkers sales manager and Branch manager, I argued that I never went to report the incident as I witnessed that I was an accident that it broke,bt I never had a problem with that as it was operating, my problem is that the warranty is 12 months were as the Toaster functioned for less than two months, I'd like to be assisted with a Toaster that's heating as I was made aware of 12 months warranty not two months
