Your store negligence affecting my marraige

I am so disgusted and disappointed with how checkers is handling my wife's case, I am one person that doesn't like dishonesty and inconvenience , my wife doesn't even know I am writing this review because I have asked her a couple of time to give me you guys contacts and she refuses saying you are handling the matter ,we have been fighting as I feel like she has left this issue and not doing anything about this. I am away currently not in SA, my wife fell in Southgate checkers in December just when we were about to go on holiday the time we mostly look forward to as a family, the floor was covered with oil no signs nothing to make us aware, and your supervisor on floor at that time didn't handle this matter with professionalism, I have been married to this woman Nthabiseng Sefoli for 10 years and I have never seen her fall ever, the embarrassment she was ashamed and wanted to get out of the store , she is a woman of integrity I wanted to through an outburst but she stopped me, she has been in pain till today and we have been using our money to cover our medical bills and a whole more as she cannot drive herself , how long does it take to do your investigations, after falling and getting out of the store she asked me to sit on a bench just opposite the pie store saying it hurts, I later on said I will massage and fix her ankle, I am a personal trainer and a celebrity chef , her ankle was tender after the fall I wrapped it in cold towels and gave her pain ****ers , we did that through out our holiday in Mozambique its sad and paining me everyday when I think of the state I left my wife in. I am at work and not happy I am here ,stressing about her. my wife's health has been compromised because of your negligence, I don't understand why are you not putting this request as your priority , she has suffered its enough, she didn't enjoy her holidays and time with family , 2019 Is just a nightmare to her and to make things worse she's all alone. she is always putting a strong face but I know she is hurting and venerable inside. What is your resolution , what are you currently doing to assist her. I'm tired and soo irate with you. FIX THIS CHECKERS fix this now. This is getting to me .
