Your computer Systems are a joke

<p>For the third time yesterday, I decided to look at the eezicoupons specials. In my basket were items i wanted to pruchase. I got to the till and gave the cashier my cell number . The response from your system was R2 dicounted. I had bought a few things and one of those items was C***** fresh cream with R5.00 off. I told the cashier to call a supervisor and get this sorted. I knew i had experienced on 2 previous occasion the same problem and appracged a manager before going to the till, assking him if the system had been fixed. He said yes. Well it is still NOT fixed. Should i shop at a competitor which runs a smoother rewards programme. I am told that this problem is going on for mo nths and im not the first customer to complain about this coupon system. What is advertised is not programmed into your susyerm and therefore the system does not read the coupons linked to that product. So for the 3rd time in a space of 6 weeks my products had to be discounted manually. This is wasting my time as well as the supervisor's time. Get your IT people to do their job properly of get in people that knows what the hell they are doing.</p>
