<p>Brought my old coffee machine to trade in for a nescafe dolce gusto as per the advert.</p> <p>I was told that it cannot be any coffee machine, it has to be that specific brand.</p> <p>No where on the advert does it say that it has to be an old nescafe dolce gusto machine, it just says Trade In Your Old Coffee Machine. There are no terms and conditions listed on the termsconditions.co.za website. I checked again now, 24 May 2017 at 12:28</p> <p>This is false advertising as your adverts are incorrect and do not state the full information. How are we to know which machine it is if it is not clearly stated. This is really upsetting.</p> <p> </p>
The Head Office is really amazing, they have managed to sort out the issue and rectify the problem with the branch itself.
The branch had thereafter corrected this so that other customers dont end up with the problem that I had faced.
Lots of time and effort from my side in running back and forth to the store but it was worth it in the end.
