You can upgrade your stores but you forgot to upgrade your customer service

Just been to the recently upgraded Checkers store in Wilrogate. 3 Tills open, one in Express manned by the lady that do not understand that Express means. She's the till attendant and packer. Customer service says, sorry, everyone has gone home already. Why do you have a store open if you do not schedule the staff accordingly? You can upgrade a store but if you don't upgrade your customer service you'll loose the customer that is giving Checkers a trial as quickly. Money well Blown Checkers
