I visited Gateway shopping mall and first went into a Game store and after purchasing goods I used the same trolley to go to Checkers Hyper, when I tried to enter the store i was asked by the security to empty out my GAME trolley and use a Checkers trolley, firstly this is an inconvenience and the trolley was sanitized at Game, I questioned this action and was told that this is the instruction of the store manager, I then asked to speak to the manager who never came to attend the query, I then called the store and asked to speak to the manager (Yugen) to whom i expressed my dissatisfaction only to be screamed at by the manager who told me that if i don't like it i can go and shop elsewhere. I asked for the regional manager details he advised that i need to call the call centre as he could not give me the RM's number. I was not the only person who left because of being told to change trolleys, I really don't understand the big deal if you have sanitizer at your store cant you just spray it on and let consumers in. SERVICE FROM THE STORE MANAGER WAS ATROCIOUS. I called *** and spoke to Stephanie who said that she will get someone to call me back, unfortunately I did not receive any calls.
