<p>The lady at Checkers (café) was supposed to serve me a slice of cake I requested, as she starts to prepare my order a couple walks towards the store and she stops serving me, leaves and takes the couple's order. I eventually ask her while she is busy taking their order that does it not work according to who came first? She turns on me and the lady who was trying to order (allowed by the Checkers employee) steps back and the employee was rude and dismissive about her justification of why she is serving people who came after me and not finishing my order, which is to just give me a slice of cake and take payment for it.... and I just left and looked for a manager to complain. Why is substandard service becoming normal, why did she do that and why are people like that let to get away with nonsense because really nothing was done about it!!!</p>
