XTRA SAVINGS savings?????

Bought some camping stuff at Checkers Hyper at Menlyn. It was marked 15% off with the savings card. On the slip however it was R10 off. Lodged a complaint online, got an automated response with reference (27/11/21). No further response. Lodged a complaint about the lack of response and again automated response (12/12/21) and still no further response. Seems to me Checkers is just not interested in responding to *********** their customers. Thanks Checkers.
