Xtra Savings Rewards doesn't work

The Xtra Savings card never seems to work! Every time I have used it at the Boulevard Square Checkers in Protea Heights, the specials weren't properly loaded. Today I had to wait 15 minutes at the till for the cashier to deduct the savings as the one special did not pull through correctly. When I got home and double checked my slip, I noticed the 2nd special also did not deduct correctly.

When I tried to log my complaint via the Checkers app, it kept giving me an error message and when I then called the Xtra Savings call centre I was told to go back to the store to have this resolved.

That's honestly not good client service or a good client experience and I rather go to another shop than try and use this rewards programme that never seems to work.
