Xtra savings nonsense

Im so upset about the service received at Checkers Newcastle mall. I was parched and needed something to drink. I only needed juice, my wallet was at work coz i just needed a quick thirst quench. When i got to the till the lady told me she can’t help me without the xtra savings card so i must leave. Now heres my question… that drink wasn’t even on sale so why go through the trouble of treating me like trash just for a card. I carf which i actually have since i do my monthly shopping there just didn’t have it with me at that particular time. Thereafter i left my drink and headed to pick n pay, as i walked out the cashier had silly remarks to say which was followed by loud laughter with her peers. Is this how we treat consumers? So without the card you telling me my money is basically as good as useless!! Im gonna shop elsewhere from now on but checkers…. For the next person… yol have to do better. Im extremely disappointed. Sies. And your staff is ghetto as hell
