Xtra Savings Discounts not app**** / Unauthorized reversal

The app is brilliant including the service from the Delivery Team. However, the application of Xtra Savings discount is horrednous. I have been charged the full amount for products purchased on special ie: money has been ****** from me as I purchased items on special. I have logged 3 incidents and to date no response, just reference numbers
