Xra Savings Card and unprofessional cashier

Hi there, I had such a bad customer service at Checkers today, I went to the wine cellar and bought my bottle of wine, there was a young gentleman wearing a white T-shirt and on his name tag he is down as YOH - so he asked me to swap my checkers Xtra savings card and I mentioned the item I had bought has no discount meaning it won’t make any difference.. he looked at my wallet, ignoring what I had just said to him and “in a very rude manner” said to me mfwethu I see the card just swap it.. this to me is unacceptable, I shouldn’t be forced to swap the card if I don’t want to know what I have bought and the price of the item, also what gives your cashier the right to look through my wallet and make demands.. I am hoping that this will be taken seriously and addressed as it is very unprofessional and shows very less knowledge from your staff.
