Wrongly accused

I am very irate with the manner security guard handled my 11yr old son and accusing him of opening a package at the store. She threaten and traumatizedmy son to an extend that my child cried. She came to me while i was on queue to tell me my child opened a package and the manager wants to see me. She came with the manager, and when i ask to see the video they bypass it without explanation. I feel my child was wrongly accused because the security didnt see my son opening the package she assumed together with thevstore manager. I want to see the footage of what happened.
