Wrongfull advertising
<p>I bought g****s from Checkers in malvern that said seedless in big bold writing on the tray label. To my surprise when a 5yrs old child at home was eating it, she hurt her gum by chewing on seeds. I took the g****s back to the store and got them to remove all the other trays from the shelf. In return all I got was a refund. Social media is now the route to go so that others can know about the epic fail on the part of a major store. </p>
Still no feedback from my previous complaint about Checkers and I have another problem today.
Pathetic customer service. I complained to the cashier that a product was scanned at the wrong price and she rudely said if I got a problem I must go to customer service counter. Then the packer ignores me whilst she knocks her head and has a conversation with her friend at the next till point. I had to pack my own trolley.
