Wrong Pricing and Bad attitude towards client

I did my food shop yesterday at Checkers Hyper . This will be the last time too . Two reasons firstly I paid more for the product I bought and no stock was also a problem . The incorrect billing I picked up at home reason being it was a lot of things I bought.So today when I phoned twice ,the Checkers Hyper number *** which was not answered . I went into the shop to get refunded . The costumer service lady kept on joking and taking to her fellow college which I feel was very rude. Then she wanted to do a price check after I told her the first time I wanted my money back. Only then she rep**** I will get a cash refund asked for the slip and ignored me once again and spoke again to her colleges which I felt yet again was rude . Not telling me the process or what she needs to do. Then only after she did what ever she did in the book . She asked me how I paid . So I rep**** by Credit Card then she said I will be refunded on my Credit card only . And I need to sign in the book .I refused reason being this was not told to me . I was told I will be getting my money back in cash only after I got upset And demanded to speak to the manager I left very upset .Still not refunded
