Wrong prices - 30 minutes for a refund

I am writing to formally complain about the constant issue of incorrect pricing at Checker Langenhovenpark - Bloemfontein

Prices on the shelves are often different from what is charged at the till, and this happens far too often. It is extremely frustrating and feels dishonest, as customers are forced to pay more than expected. This creates the impression that the store is misleading customers.

In addition, the staff are often unfriendly and unhelpful when these issues are raised. Instead of assisting professionally, customers are left feeling ignored and disrespected.

This situation is unacceptable. Customers deserve correct pricing, honest service, and respectful treatment. I request that this matter be addressed urgently to ensure fair pricing and better customer service.
