Wrong price overcharged for item

Once again while shopping at checkers design quarter I was over charged for an item. This has happened several times so today was the straw that broke the camels back. The manager zinhle came and clicked her tongue when I said im sick of this and sick of urlls apology and then i come again and same thing. That manager is disgraceful. I want this escalated
