Wrong order

so i placed an order last night and today when they delivered they have replaced my order with a substitute which i never requested for, i have no idea what i’m going to do with their substitute as i’m a chef and my client specifically wanted what i ordered, now i had to cancel on my clients and lose money because of their mistakes! i will never again use checkers sixty. they could have easily put product out of stock then i would have ran to a shop quickly to get what i want, now they gave me a wrong item!
