Wrong cake 2 years running

For the second time in two years I have ordered a birthday cake for my son. Last year for his 4th birthday and this year his 5th. Both times we requested a chocolate sponge cake and both times we have received vanilla sponge. The problem is that you cannot return the cake since you collect the cake on the day of the birthday and there is no way I am taking my child's cake away from him. The disappointment on his face when its not chocolate, as ordered, is devastating, to say the least. We make sure when ordering that they write in the book \CHOCOLATE"but clearly someone at Checkers either is illiterate or just plaiin ***********. I am disgusted with the service and its last time I will ever order a birthday cake through Checkers again."""
