Wrong advertising

So they advertise on TV when you purchase goods for R200.00 and more you get a toy. So purchased our goodies for over R4000.00 meaning according to their advert we should at least get 22 of those toys, we instead got 10. When we compliant they show us that on there box its states 10 per customer. To me that false advertising. And when i contacted them i was told theres nothing they can do its a rule.. ****ming us
