wow customer experience

Would like to compliment Samkelo Nkomo from Brookside Checkers hyper. He was very helpful, willing to assist went the extra mile, always smiling. Keenness shows his empathy for the next person. He is very respectful, courteous and have customer skills. Wish other staff at Checkers display such customer care and qualities that makes shopping a great or wow experience. He put me at ease and had aa wow shopping experience. he should be recognized for his efforts. His manager Mark Reddy also has similar qualities and make sure customers are happy. Mark you also go the extra mile for the customers I notice. I have experience it myself.
