Wow, bad service and bad attitude

Some LiquiFruit 100% apple juice products have been recalled after elevated levels of a natural toxic, so l went to Springs Mall Checkers exchange the product. The staff didn't even know of this issue, they just gave me a bad attitude. I had to force the staff, supervisor to exchange the product.
