Worst traumatizing experience received

I went to Checkers Atterbury Value Mart to buy drinks that were on promotion and forgot my xsaving card in the car. Before I went to the teller ask one of the staff members if they were going to assist me while I don’t have my savings card with me and she said yes, I should just give them my ID number and it shouldn’t be a problem. When I got to a teller by the name of Monica Mafefe I became a laughingstock, she told me to go back to my car and fetch the card because she wasn’t willing to assist me. She won’t be wasting her time with people that deliberately leave their cards and expect her to do extra work. She kept calling her colleagues to tell them how irresponsible I was, how can I leave the card and expect her to help me. I then begged her to assist which she finally did and kept making comments. When I was leaving the store she kept calling her colleagues to look at me, I then called the store 3 times asking to be transferred to the store manager, but my phone was hanged up 3 times. I believe staff members are behaving this way simply because management is not there to oversee that customers are been treated like human beings.
