Worst shopping experience ever

To shop at Checkers Hyper in the Secunda Mall is like going on an obstacle course. You can not negotiate the isles without stumbling on or over some kind of obstacle that is placed there. Either for the purpose of restocking the shelves, with nary a packer in site, or to hold items that is on the shelves already but apparently need a bin as well for in case one should miss or forget it? All this leads to not a very joyful shopping experience. What we the clients want to ask is WHY? The Isle lay-out is so badly done that 2 trolleys can not pass each other. There is always a congestion in the isles with people standing there waiting for each other. In the meantime there are trolleys standing there with stock on that should either be on the shelves or being in the process of being placed on the selves. Not just standing there, blocking the way. Where is management in all this? Do they not go and see what the rest of the shop looks like? There is always a whole hoard of them standing in front by the tills but none in the rest of the shop. Many a person will agree with me on this. Get your act together. If the problem is the building itself, then rearranged your shelves.
