Worst Service from Employees

<p>My partner and I went to do some shopping however due to it being the month of Ramadan and the 1st of June shops are packed and we waited patiently for our turn in the queue my partner then saw an open till whereby he asked it they were still assisting, the packer is standing with her arms crossed and gives him one dirty look. He repeats the question to confirm if the till is open she then tells him to ask the cashier and not her with attitude however she works at the same till. We get a hold of the manager that hears what's happening she comes to the till and merely just asked if packer if that is what took place and she needed to see her when she was done no apology to us whilst all of this is happening on the floor. What type of behavior does your staff portray that it's fine to treat their customers like **** the manager will just have a talk with u later. We bought things and paid for it we weren't asking for hands out and worst of all we were fasting I'm disgusted by this behavior and would inform people to never shop there again if nothing is done about this. </p>
