Worst service from Checkers management

I made an eft payment at checkers in Kenilworth center and almost a month now that eft payment haven't reflected. I spoke to their admin manager Anele who took my number and never got back to me. I had to go in store again and spoke to another manager who actually went back and forth with me regarding why their admin manager never got back to me. This staff always give the worst customer service and if it wasn't near to me I would prefer to never shop in this store again. If it's not the staff at the food court that never greet or have conversations with their colleagues before helping you. it's something else.
