Worst Service from Checkers Computicket , Sandton

On the 26th April 2017 I made an Computicket online purchase on my cheque account for tickets for an festival that was to be held on 27th May 2017 for an anount of R1450.00 and collected the tickets from Checkers Computicket Sandton. The festival organisers postponed it to 3rd June 2017 of which I decided to request a refund for these tickets. I went to Checkers Computicket at Sandton for the refund on 26th May 2017 and they swiped my cheque card for the refund and were suppose to give me cash but due to the *********** staff instead advise that the fund will be paid into my account with an day or 2. The refund has still not been paid into my account even after I had visisted the store on 6 June 2017 to inform that I have not receive my money. They informed that this is due to the fact that this process is only done if an individual has done a purchase using a credit card, my refund was suppose to be cash as my card is a debit mastercard and then told me they would raise the funds to ensure that I have it paid back by Thursday 8th June 2017(today). I contacted them to inform that the funds were still available in which Charmaine said she will follow up with the Head Office, she later contacted me to inform that they discovered that when I purchased the tickets I used a credit card and when I came through for the refund it was done on y cheque card. Firstly I don not possess a credit card and secondly the card details would have been different of which the refund process will not have been possible as the card numbers would not have matched as well as the CVV numbers on the cards. I am disappointed with their manner in dealing with this as I know for a fact if it was a white individual who had made the quiry and complaint it would have been sorted immediately without all this unnecessary hassle. On the day I visited the store with my enquiry after discovering that my refund was not yet processed the Store Manager Mr. Pillay and Charmaine were discussing a refund of a white person which they didn't want any delays and ensured that it was sorted without any hassles. It is really sad that depending on your racial background the prioity of retail staff dealing with an enquiry. A black individual has to struggle and be tossed around from pillar to post to get assistance with a simple matter whilst a white individual just puts in one request then all is sorted. I WILL NOT ADVISE ANY ONE TO BUY THEIR TICKETS AT CHECKERS COMPUTICKET SANDTON ESPECIALLY IF YOU BLACK.
