WORST SERVICE

Checkers had a lamb special from 26th of May untill the 29th of May for 89.99 per kg. Very good deal right!

I placed the order on 29th of May for 2 half lambs and the money was taken out of my account. That is my confirmation that my order WAS placed successfully.

My order got delivered today and there was alternative LAMB added to my order which does not calculate to the kgs I ordered nor the Price its DOUBLE THE AMOUNT PER KG! (3kg lamb and 169.99 per kg).

The lady I spoke to told me that because checkers only received my order information today thats why I dont qualify for the specail. If this is the case why did it allow me to place my order 1st of all and secondly the Lamb I ordered is still in stock online but at a higher price ofcourse. If this is something I knew I wouldnt have bothered to place the order in the 1st. I placed the order within the timescale the specail was still active.

Their responsibilty was to check when I placed the order. Their app issue when the order came thorugh is not my problem ONCE again I wouldnt have placed the order If I knew this wouldve been the case. AND WHY was I only sent 3kg of lamb and for 169.99 per KG!. That was not what I ordered.
