worst service ever receieved

Checkers house &home does not know how to treat customers fairly, I bought L shaped sofa in October 2005. After 3 months there was a defect with the Sofa i called and they where picked up, another 2 months called again to complain that there was another problem those stayed in the store for longer then a month the supplier was not called to pick up the set that had a problem, when i went to the store to check i was advised that the person who was responsible was had made mistake, After that another set had a problem bear in mind i have one granddaughter who is 11, I was told the error was on my side. another month i am sitting with an incomplete set i went to the store and spoke to the sales manager Sthe who told me they cannot do anything as the supplier are saying we are at fault, I asked for the complaints department and he told me they do not have one, How come if you are selling home items .I called the customer care number and spoke to lady who promised me 2 weeks ago that i will be called by the operations manager still nothing. I cant buy a set of sofas and within less then 6 months they have been fixed 3 times i do not want this set and they need to be fetched and want my money back never again will i buy from checkers house and home ever
