Worst service ever!

I bought a lottery ticket at Checkers in Brakendows Gardens Albertsdal. The winning ticket had an unreadable barcode and the numbers under the barcode were faint. I could cash my winnings and the managers said there's nothing they can do about it. Upon buying the tickets their till roll had to be replaced as it was finished. The malfunction of their machine led to the unreadable barcode and numbers. As a regular customer, I feel betrayed and I will never ever set foot in that store. Customers have to suffer consequences of their malfunctioning machines and they refuse to take responsibility. This is the worst customer service ever with no regard for customers 😒.
