Worst service ever checkers 60

I placed a order then told my order has arrived. Security confirmed there has not been anyone. Call their call center only to have the order canceled while trying to get to an agent to help me then get told I will get a call back. I end up calling in again to find out nothing was done order just canceled then is escalated and told I'm being put through to a manager but have the call dropped on me. Give it 5 min no call back call in again get told oder was canceled and I'll get credited explain everything over to be told sorry nothing we can do now you must wait for the credit to show and re oder and get your food tomorrow. Explain everything again then just sorry nothing we can do.

Your service is terrible and sickening. Agents words hold no value. Don't expect to speak to a manager cause non is ever available. So I am left with no food for the night no more money to buy additional food and an resolution of you must wait for the credit and then reorder tomorrow. Really showing you customers obsession here
