Worst service ever at Checkers Bonaero Park

Today I went to Checker Bonaero Park what a f*#-% joke. I did my shopping and when getting to the till to pay the customer in front of me had an item that they could not scan as the barcode did not exist on the system then they first had to go to the office to go and search for the correct barcode really management get your **** together and make sure your items are loaded after waiting forever I was told to move to the till next to where I was just to get there and then the customer in front of me had to draw money so once again I had to stand and wait I decided to leave my trolly just there and leave your store. I do understand normal waiting times to pay but today it was not normal. Happy unpacking my trolly and I will never make use of your store again after using your store for many years today was a breaking point for me I really feel sorry for any customer as the festive season is here and with the service I experienced today you going to have a lot of unhappy clients.
