Worst service ever 60 60

Since Dec my app has been inactive promising me 24hours then 48 hours then another 48 hours and my money is stuck in my wallet after them telling me they will refund my money back into my account which is a lie they can't do it. I have all the recordings worst ever honestly never EVER using 60 60 again bunch of ****s even spent over 150 minutes of my own airtime because they can't phone back I will be taking this matter further will all the lies on the recordings
