Worst service ever

Everytime I use this app there is a problem. I don't k own what technical issues they have going on today, but I'm not going to pay for things only to not get any tracking info or correspondence regarding my order. If you have technical issues why are taking new orders and people's money. I have been waiting for 2 hours I don't know where my order is and have to leave the house. This is the worst app since it came out. At least woolworths stocks to their delivery times even if it is the next day. I just want my money back now
