Worst service ever

My husband and I have receiced the worst service at Checkers in Pretoria, Wonderpark branch. We had a few items in the basket and went to pay at the till where a customer can pay 10 items. Thandi scanned our items and my husband took out the bank card to pay. I noticed that she was just standing there and not packing our items inside the plastic bag. I asked her why she was not assisting by packing the items, she said she does not have to because the till is for ten items. I was shocked, my husband was shocked as well as we were extra by one item, so we had 11. She then said thats why its written in that board that 10 items. I just couldnt understand what she was saying. She just stood there and watched while my husband was packing everything and i could assist him because i was not feeling well. While my husband was busy packing the items, she shouted "next" calling the the next customer. Checkers, please train your staff well. They must not treat customers like *******.
