Worst service ever

<p>i bought couches from the centurion branch end of july 2016. End of September I noticed that the couch was faulty. Called the shop three times trying to organize pick up of couch. Spoke to a guy called Thabang initially but when I called a few days later no one knew about him. </p> <p>Finally my couches were collected after a week of promised collection early November. just before the festive season my couches were returned with worse damages. The delivery guy was 2 days late from the discussed date. He can to deliver on his own , meaning I had to help him carry the couch as no one could help him. But my trouble continued as the driver didn't even bring back the *****s for the couch to assembly it. To this day the *****s are not here and the couch isn't assembled. On inspection of the couch I noted that it was torn and took photos that I immediately sent to the store.</p> <p>A lady by the Name Ruth started talking to me in this regard. She asked me to hold on to that couch over the festive season and in January they would sort me out. I had to write another email to her inJanuary to remind her about my case. </p> <p>She called me last week and promised collection of the couch by Friday last week. As I write this review they haven't collected the couch or even given me a courtesy call. I am really disgusted about the level of customer care. I really understand when my friends say who buys from Shoprite House and Home.clearly the knew out this bad service</p> <p> </p> <p>can the kindly come collect they coucher</p>
