Worst service - Checkers Glen Marais

Checkers Glen Marais branch - worst customer service ever!! Don’t think if you buy cinnamon and sugar pancakes you are going to get that, O NO it’s just plain thick pancakes , and it is the 2nd time this happened. Please don’t even think to complain to staff they are not interested to assist. Don’t try the 2nd option of speaking to a manager cause they can’t find him, and it’s definitely not worth the R24.00 to phone him because you will hold on for 6min just to have the phone put down in your ear and when you phone back the same thing will happen !! Don’t even try to run in there for basic staples you have better luck at the fuel station!! The staff are the most rudest I have ever came across and don’t you dare interrupt their tea party at the OPEN till for you to pay! Please look into your Glen Marais branch they are not good for your brand and what you stand for . Please note this is not directed at one incident it’s one example of what you can expect at this branch !
