Worst service by Cashier

o i went to Checkers Festival Mall today and received the worst service at the Till by a cashier called Hlayisani Mthombeni. it is written at the tills *keep 1m distance while queing* and we did just that. There was a guy in front of us who was carrying nothing jusy his bank card. I dont know what he wanted to buy but i could just see the cashier shaking her head as a sign of saying No. The cashier rang a bell like she was summoning a manager and the guy stood there for a while. eventually i saw the guy leave and we just waited to be called next. the cashier kept giving us glances and talking with the packer and another lady who had brought some money to her. i then hear her saying to her colleagues "they must go and pay at the other tills" meaning us. i walked up to her and asked if her till was closed since she is telling her colleagues that we must go elsewhere and start queing again. she never bothered to reply me. i would rather stick to pic n pay and woolworths where i will get the service i am paying for and friendly staff. Not happy at all!
