Worst service and products ever - Checkers

Worst sixty60 Service ever. The packers at Diamond Pavilion Mall in Kimberley have no clue how to pack products ordered. Also, no respect for the client as the items is just thrown into the bags. No care of food items mixed with washing products or dry items with frozen items or heavy items on top of bread. I do call the shop directly for problems, but according to them they don't know who packed the order and can therefore not warn the packer. For me this is utterly nonsense. The Diamond Pavillion Store was renovated recently, but the store is still dusty and in the deli department the glass is full of dust. The salad bar is open. I submitted a complaint on 18 June 2024 regarding the bread flower that was full of mite. But no response. The app is not user friendly to explain the problem. I am so angry with myself ordering again from Checkers as I know the bad products, bad packaging and no response on problems.
