Worst service

I visited a Usave store in Bronhorstspruit DarkCity on the 2nd of January 2022 and received the worst service ever, I was assisted by a cashier by the name of Lucia ,while paying for my items I requested a cashbacks of R100 which she told me she doesn't have and that another customer was waiting for a cashbacks of R2500 and continued to ask how the other customer problem was mine she responded by saying that it's not a must to withdraw inside the store as there is an ATM outside .

I then called the manager he came and Lucia continued to give her manager attitude infront of us , he then tried to control the situation but she went on and laughed in both of our faces .

Worst worst worst service ever .
