worst service

<p>so i get to the confectionery looking for cup cakes, with a dead line for an event that i was planing on sunday the 5th this month. i find who they said was keny. i asked him if they had more of the cup caked with cream because at that time i saw one. he politetly told me that the ones with cream are finished he was left with only one then i sked him to please put cream on the plain ones. he then called dudu and instructed her to assist me. she came and just looked at me, i did not mind then i told her excacly what i wanted. she aske me how many did i need i told her 30 because i saw the plain ready made were more, she just left me standing went on to assist other more important customers, i stood the not knowing what was happening. she came again passing told me that the person who wass going to help and put cream on the cakes was coming. i waited and waited for more than 30minutes for that person to come and assist me. she finally arived walking very slowly. dudu then tels her that keny faild to tell me that they cant do for me what i had asked for Faith then asked her how many did i ask for dudu reply with 30. mind you they were having this conversation at their ovens side. Faith walks up to me , no greeting, no apologie for keeping me waiting.she just told me that they wont be able to put cream on my cakes, they dont do that i was supposed to put an order through early and my next questionb was how difficult was it for them to put cream on the cakes that were alredy made, and why did both the people who refered the metter to her not inform me about that, why make me wait that long and come to tell me what she was telling me she told me no we will not do that . i was so irritated that i asked who do they report to or who was incharge, she told me keny was who i spoke to at first was the duty manager they went to call him. that took another 30minutes untill i gave up and left the store, he never retuned. </p>
