Worst Service

<p>I went to Checkers Supermarket Rivonia Boulavard at 7:40pm intending to buy electricity today. I arrived at 7:50 and joined the que at the Lotto and money market counters at the left side of the entrance. There was one lady serving on the Lotto till and they were 2 people in front of me. After briefly waiting the counter lady told me to go and join the supermarket Qs as they were about to close. I checked the Qs and saw that they were actually longer and yet I had only 2 people in front of me. I told her I wouldnt mind waiting for her to serve the 2 people in front of me. The other people behind me left to join the supermarket Qs. In no time she had finished serving teh 2 people and it was my turn. She punched my Meter number and after a few seconds she told me my number was invalid. I then produced a previous receipt with the number to prove that I was always buy my electricity at checkers and that my mete number was valid. She refused to to re-try and asked mt to call Eskom. With no option, I left and went to join the longer Qs within the supermarket and I bought my electricity.</p> <p>I concluded she was just 'fixing' me because I refused to folllow her instructions. I was really annoyed. I an an FBN banker and I enjoy the e-bicks points I get through checkers but I now have to look for another checkers with better service. Honestly that was unwarranted rudeness.</p> <p> </p>
