Worst poor service l have ever encountered

We bought electricity at Checkers when we tried to load it we got an error message went back to Checkers and met Ayanda and Mazibuko the managers who tried to assist but to no avail l asked them to resell it again they refused and said they are a third party of which now on my side l spend my airtime more than 100 bucks calling without help my husband went back and they said they will fix it and call him but we never got the call this is 100 rand electricity the service is poor we have been buying at pnpay and other checkers hyper stores but we never encountered such if you have a problem they exchange without problems but The Reef only came in yesterday and the attitude sucks l will not leave my money just like that they kept the slip so rather they give me back the money l continue buying at Pnp in Hazel Park and Lambton coz their staff and service is awesome
