Worst of the Worst Service

I have been hearing rumours that normally at the food section when you come to purchase food they normally assist you to price the food and when you wearing uniform they would deliberately jump you and assist someone else I thought it was not true because i have never experienced it…

To my shock Today I experienced it and I didn’t understand the ordercity , so I went with a friend to get salad and there was no one that side to assist with the pricing so we can go pay…

We wait and still no one arrived we went to the other section there was a small line the lady was busy assisting a few customers we asked her who is assisting the other side(thinking it’s not her department ) she said I will help you so we waited until she was done pricing for other people

Came the shock of my life did she not leave us standing there and called someone else to come assist us ? She even said she can’t be helping us while the same section we come from doesn’t have anyone.

Experiencing this form of horrible service was really unnecessary and rude so I told my friend to leave the salad it was really not worth the trouble and the lady comes and asked if we are mad ofcos we are would she not be it I did the same to her

Not even an apology so well the word of mouth is already there so I thought I might aswell put it on reviews for those like me that review before shopping that go at own risk
