Worst Manager and staff ever

Good day I am in total disgust with Checkers Hyper Ben Fleur . My mother and I went there this morning to buy some goodies when we got to the cashier my mom realised she forgot toothpaste and went back to get it. Coming back my mother fell down as her shoe got stuck to a tile that is higher then the rest of the tiles . She fell against the trollies that was standing all over the place and pallets . The manager and staff where standing looking at my mom and no one even came to her aid. I am so glad I was there to go and help her as she was battling to get up. All the manager was worried about is to get rid of all the trollies in the aile and the pallets out of the way. The manager did not even approuch us to hear if my mom was ok. They stood watching an old lady fall between trollies that should not have been there in the first place and not bothered to ask or offer help!!!!! SHAME ON CHECKERS HYPER BEN FLEUR YOU HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR ELDERS... The only person who asked if she's ok is the cashier that was behind us. Thank you for that we really appreciated it truelly. I am in utter discust what has gone wrong that people will stand and look as an old person falls and do nothing and worst of all the manager was there he saw it happen!!!!
