Worst management team ever

This is the worst service i have ever received . i was in store today to see if they have stock of a beach tent being advertised in the newspapers for R150.The staff on the floor tell me they have not yet received stock as to when i went to the manager he tells me a different story , making it out as if i do not know what i heard. He then orders me to go to Pretoria to get it from their stores.<br> I am currently walking with cruches and cant drive far due to a knie ingury , i explained i have been coming to the store since last week friday to see if they have not received it yet, staff keep telling me they have not received it yet. As for the manager in the wheel chair he tells me the staff dont know what they are talking about. Now my problem is how does a manager run a store if he cant even manage the staff! The branch manager then belittles me by telling me they are just sold out , and he can prove that they have had sales since the sale started.
