Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever!! Checkers kathu, I have never been a big fan of checkers, I do like the sushi checkers in kathu has to offer, but thats it! I have had multiple problems with checkers sixty 60 and checkers Eg. First bad experience was that we were charged TRIPLE what we spent, we spent about R4000, so yes almost R12000!! We then had to struggle to get the money back, when I mentioned to the lady but she swiped the card three times so that is why we just want a refund for the other R8000, she got defensive, arrogant and did not handle the matter correctly, we had to search for the manager ourself to ask to reverse the extra money. Second was when we bought CFB chicken strips for dinner, it smelled and tasted like something that died 2 weeks ago and cooked in the sun!! Yes CFB can also be in fault, but when we bought the same brand at another store nothing was wrong with it? Third time was when I ordered on sixty 60 and my driver decided to make pit stops along the way! There were other incidents as well But today just takes the cake!! Checkers expect the consumers to trust them They say you can live better and better. But it truly is just LIES! I ordered on sixty 60 at 17:07 after searching for atleast one thing i want to be in stock, because they never seem to have stock of any thing I want!! I expected my order to be delivered to me within 60 MINUTES! the ETA just got later and later, I have been waiting for almost 2 hours now! The ETA is 20:00?? So three hours to deliver less 7 things?!?!?!?! I understand fully that they are busy.. but they say it get delivered within sixty minutes and that promise has not been fullfilled… checkers you are failing!
