Worst Customer Service received from cashier.

RE: Worst Customer Service received from cashier by the name of Thandi Dlamini.

On Sunday afternoon I went to Checkers Hyper in New Market to buy myself an energy drink and to make a withdrawal at the till. I was then called by the cashier as it was my turn to go through. I greeted her nicely and then advised her that I needed some cash as well. To my shock, she told me upfront that she doesn't have cash without even asking me how much I needed. I then said to her that I need R50 and she was okay. That was the first problem.

The second one was when I asked her for change, 2x R20 notes and a R10 note as I needed to give the car guard in the parking. The disgusted look she gave me was so shameful as it was full of attitude. As irritated as she was, she told me that she doesn't have it. I asked her to ask her colleague next to her, oh my souuul.. As she didn't want to assist with such a shameful behavior, I asked her to call the manager. She got worse with her attitude and called a gentleman on the floor saying to him that I want to see a manager.

The last draw was when she called the next customer while I was waiting in front of her and she continued as if I was invisible, her colleague asked her again what change I needed and she just answered, R20... Her colleague said to her, you should have just told me and she gave her the change. What she did last was over disrespectful, she threw the cash next to the speed point and said to me there is it.

I was very disappointed and felt a huge disrespect as she was so rude and unfriendly.

Customer Service is what draws more people/clients to the store to shop irrespective of how expensive or how far it may be. (Thandi, your lack of customer service is disheartening).
