Worst Customer Service Experience

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE received from Checkers Hazyview. I went in 1st May to purchase cake, when I got to cashier the cake apperently had to price and I was told to move aside by cashier Andile, express cashier, after standing in their month end long queue.She told me someone would bring me the price and I needed to join the queue again. She actually said to me it wasn't her fault that the item I purchased had no price and she called the next customer. Terrible attitude. When I asked for a store manager she pointed to the office whilst the guy was actually standing at the Kiosk counter and I know she saw him there. I was charged R120 for a cake that showed R109 on the shelf.
