Worst customer service ever

Cherkers Hout bay is the worst when it comes to customer service. Today and quite a lot of days when you go in wanting to withdraw money from the till points,cashiers always give you attitude and they forever saying they have no money. I’m not sure wether this is an annoyance to them that we want to save charges or they’re not sure what’s their role in the shop. Supervisors also don’t make any difference,they’re useless when it comes to customer relations. Send them to more training cause they definitely need it or better yet remind them why the banks have relatively worked out this transaction.
